What is an escape room?
An escape room is a live-action game where your team has 60 minutes to solve puzzles, find clues, and complete a mission in a themed room. Whether you’re escaping a prison or stopping a runaway train, each room tells a unique story. All of our rooms are custom-designed in-house for a one-of-a-kind experience you won’t find anywhere else.
Am I actually locked in the escape room?
No, none of our escape room doors are actually locked, and you are welcome to leave at any time.
Can I bring my phone into the escape room?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your phone with you, but you won’t need it to solve any puzzles. However, to keep the experience fresh for future players, we don’t allow photos or video recordings inside the rooms.
What happens if we need to change our reservation?
We’re happy to assist with changes to your booking!
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your game based on availability. While we’ll do our best to accommodate you, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds: Individual refunds are available prior to playing your room.
Cancellations: To cancel an entire room reservation and receive a refund, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Will we have the room to ourselves?
All of our bookings are private, with the exception of a few selected rooms and times.
*Public rooms are noted on the booking site OR will be specified at the time of in-store purchase by staff.
What happens if we are late?
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your game. If you arrive after the start time and are the only ones booked in the room you will be able to play the remainder of the time booked. If there are other players, you will not be able to join once they have started.
What happens if we cannot figure out the puzzles?
A dedicated game master will be monitoring your experience to ensure you have a great time. If your team gets stuck, they’ll be ready to provide helpful clues to keep you moving forward.
Is the game physical? What should we wear?
Our games are challenges of the mind, and do not require physical activity. You do not have to wear any specific clothing, anything that is comfortable for you is fine.
Are your games ADA compliant?
Yes, all of our escape rooms are ADA compliant, with the exception of certain portions of ‘Diasvowed’. **Please contact us for questions regarding ‘Disavowed’.
Can we bring food or drink into the game?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks are allowed in the escape rooms in an attempt to keep all rooms cleanly for each customer.
